Here is what I am cooking up this week:


Monday:
Top Round Roast Beef, Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms, Roasted Carrots and Potatoes


Tuesday:
Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Quinoa, Steamed Veg


Wednesday:
Kids Choice (Please don't be Kraft Dinner and Hot Dogs again!) and Salad


Thursday:
Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry over Noodles


Friday:
Copycat Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza and Caesar Salad


Saturday:
Buffalo Chicken Taquitos with Vegetables and Dip


Sunday:
Giant, Simmer-All-Day Spaghetti Sauce with Garlic Bread and Cesar Salad


Breakfasts:
Weekday:  Hot or Cold Cereal. Bagels, Toast
Saturday: Waffles and Fresh Cut Fruit
Sunday: Eggs, Bacon and Homefries

Lunches:
Leftovers, Sandwiches or Wraps

Sweet Treats:
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Lemon Cranberry Muffins
