Creamy Coleslaw Dressing

I was recently out at Walmart with my sister and she needed to pick up salad dressing.  Specifically Coleslaw dressing.

Growing up coleslaw at our house was mayonnaise-style salad dressing loving dumped over a whack load of shredded carrots and cabbage.  That was it.  And I hated it.  I loved other people's coleslaw - I just hated my mom's "lump of salad".  Fast forward a few years and living on my own, I decided to figure out coleslaw - and turns out - its too easy.

As for my sister?  She just buys it.  I tried to convince her to try making it, but she refused.

Its one of those things you can't go wrong with, and you have everything on hand to make it - you just didn't know you did.

Ingredients:
1 cup of mayo OR sour cream OR plain yogurt OR any combination of  $0.75
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or any other vinegar (balsamic, malt etc... )$0.15
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce - more or less to your liking  $0.05
1/2 tsp herbs/spices - think garlic or curry or Italian or Cajun or.... $0.05
Total Cost: $ 1.00

1.  Literally dump all into small bowl and whisk together.  That's it.

At this point I'd be dipping my pinky finger in to taste test.  It might need another splash of vinegar, maybe a little more garlic.  Adjust to taste, whisk to completely blend.  If its too creamy or thick, you can add water a teaspoon at a time.

2.  Toss with favourite salad - fresh grated carrots & cabbage, bagged, it doesn't matter.  Heck, it's still amazing over fresh greens.
