Tuesday:
Spinach Stuffed Chicken, Onion + Barley Pilaf, Steamed Heirloom Carrots

Wednesday:
Kid's Choice (and leftovers)

Thursday:
Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry over Rice

Friday:
BBQ Grilled Steak, Sauteed Mushrooms + Onions, Smashed Potatoes and Cesar Salad

Saturday:
Homemade Pizza and Salad

Sunday:
Dry Rubbed Slow and Low Ribs, Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Veggies


Breakfasts:
Weekday:  Hot or Cold Cereal. Bagels, Toast
Saturday: French Toast and Fresh Cut Fruit
Sunday: Eggs, Bacon and Homefries


Lunches:
Leftovers, Sandwiches or Wraps

Sweet Treats:
Softy + Chewy Ginger Molasses Cookies
Lemon Cranberry Muffins
