Slow Cooked Tuscan Chicken Alfredo

A true family favourite!  It's what my hubby calls a cheater recipe - I use jarred sauce - but you could easily use your own alfredo!

Serves 5-6


3 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 jar Alfredo Sauce (15oz) of your choosing (or make your own HERE)
1 small Onion, diced
1 tsp Garlic Powder (or 1 clove, minced)
1 1/2 cups Grape Tomatoes, halved
2 cups chopped fresh Spinach
1/2 pound Fettuccini, cooked


1.  Combine the chicken, alfredo, onion and garlic in the slow cooker.

2.  Cook on low 4-6 hours, until chicken is cooked through.

3.  Add the Tomatoes, Spinach & Pasta and cook an additional 15 - 20 minutes, until spinach is wilted and everything is heated through.

4.  Serve hot with Parmesan Cheese.
