Maple Balsamic Pork Chops

These are amazing!

The kids are not fans of anything Balsamic - but this had them asking for seconds!

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

3-4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp Broth

1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 clove Garlic minced

1 tsp Rosemary

1 tsp Thyme

Salt and Pepper to taste

4 - 6 Pork Chops - any cut

1.  Bring all the ingredients to a simmer in a small pot.  Let simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.

2.  Prep Pork Chops to bake, and brush glaze over them.  A few times while the Pork Chops are cooking, continue to baste the glaze on the chops.

3.  Once Pork is done, baste one last time before serving!
